General Questions

A water purification system is equipment designed to remove contaminants, sediments, chlorine, bacteria and other unwanted elements from drinking water. Our systems use reverse osmosis technology and advanced filtration to ensure clean and safe water.
Tap water can contain chlorine, heavy metals, sediments and microorganisms. A purification system improves taste, eliminates unpleasant odors and protects your family's health by significantly reducing these contaminants.
Our systems remove up to 99% of contaminants including chlorine, lead, mercury, arsenic, bacteria, viruses, pesticides, sediments and dissolved solids. The filtration level depends on the selected model.

Products & Equipment

We offer a wide range including reverse osmosis systems, activated carbon filters, ultraviolet purifiers, point-of-entry filtration systems and purified water dispensers for home and office.
Lifespan varies by model and usage. Sediment filters last 6 to 12 months, activated carbon filters 6 to 12 months, and reverse osmosis membranes 2 to 3 years. We recommend following the maintenance schedule included with each unit.
It depends on the model. Basic reverse osmosis systems operate by water pressure and do not require electricity. Models with pressure pumps, UV light or temperature-controlled dispensers do need an electrical connection.

Installation

Most residential installations are completed in 1 to 2 hours. More complex systems or commercial installations may require half a day. Our technicians handle the entire process.
In most cases, no major modifications are required. Our systems connect directly to the existing water line. If any adjustments are needed, our technicians perform them during installation at no additional cost.
Yes, every installation includes a water quality test before and after to demonstrate the system's effectiveness. We show you the results on the spot so you can verify the improvement in your water quality.

Maintenance

We recommend preventive maintenance every 6 months for most systems. This includes filter inspection, equipment sanitization and performance verification. Some high-use models may require checkups every 3 months.
Some basic filters can be replaced by the user following our guides. However, we recommend having a certified technician perform the changes to ensure proper installation and avoid leaks or contamination.
Delaying maintenance can reduce system efficiency, affect water taste and potentially allow contaminants to pass through. Saturated filters can damage other equipment components, resulting in more costly repairs.

Billing & Payments

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, bank transfers and online payments. For maintenance plans, we offer the option of automatic monthly or quarterly bank charges.
Yes, we offer flexible financing plans with interest-free monthly payments through participating cards. We also have deferred payment options and monthly rental plans that include the equipment, installation and maintenance.
Yes, our service plans can be cancelled at any time without penalty. We only request 30 days advance notice. Payments made are non-refundable but apply to the remaining service period.
